Developing leading teams and business partners

When leading teams don't function optimally, it is often the result of ambiguity in relation to the goal, the task and the roles or lack of optimal psychological safety. This prevents the group from discussing decisions in a constructive way and holding one another accountable for joint solutions. When groups are performing well, it may evoke a magic feeling, but the path to such an experience is based on science. Leadership Transformation Program

A leadership transformation program initiative is aimed at you who are ambitious, busy and who want targeted and customized leadership development. A typical program runs over a period of about 6 months and it contains 8-12 individual coaching sessions, a business psychological test selected to match up to your specific development needs and a 360-degree leader mirror. The goal is to enhance your self-insight and ensure that your identity and competencies as a leader match up to what is demanded of you on your personal level or to help your transition into a new positions.

Executive coaching

Leadership is demanding, often full of dilemmas and sometimes a lonely journey. Executive coaching offers a way out of such loneliness and a room for structured reflection. It helps you identify blind spots so that your leadership repertoire may be expanded with what is not spontaneously right up your alley. And it is a room for dealing with emotions (yours and others') thus enabling you as a leader to see things clearly and make good and rational decisions.
