About me
The vision: To Develop Good Leaders and a Good Life in Leadership
I develop about 200 leaders per year – competent people that I follow during an important period of their life or carrier. I imagine that I am making a difference in their life and activities, and I know that these 200 leaders are making an important difference for their companies and relations. To put figures on it, let’s assume that, on average, each of these leaders work in close collaboration with 20 employees/colleagues with whom they develop interesting, constructive, attentive, and stimulating relations – so the purpose of my work and its effect on organisations and people are quite conspicuous.
Education
I have a Master’s Degree in psychology at Aarhus University, authorized by The Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice with further training in leadership and systemic consultant practice. In addition, I am trained within different therapeutic directions and have a certification in multiple psychological assessment tools.
I have 14 years of experience as a consultant from leading suppliers of consulting services and as an independent business psychologist. I have extensive experience working with small and large organizations in both private and public sector and with leaders at all levels in Denmark and abroad.
I facilitate in Danish and English.
In 2010, I was selected “Talent no. 100” by Berlingske Business.
I am a member of the Danish Psychological Association and follow the ethical guidelines for psychologists.
