The vision<\/em><\/strong>:\u00a0To Develop Good Leaders and a Good Life in Leadership<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>I develop about 200 leaders per year\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 competent people that I follow during an important period of their life or carrier. I imagine that I am making a difference in their life and activities, and I know that these 200 leaders are making an important difference for their companies and relations. To put figures on it, let\u2019s assume that, on average, each of these leaders work in close collaboration with 20 employees\/colleagues with whom they develop interesting, constructive, attentive, and stimulating relations \u2013 so the purpose of my work and its effect on organisations and people are quite conspicuous.<\/p>\n

Education<\/p>\n

I have a Master\u2019s Degree in psychology at Aarhus University, authorized by The Danish Supervisory Board of Psychological Practice with further training in leadership and systemic consultant practice. In addition, I am trained within different therapeutic directions and have a certification in multiple psychological assessment tools.<\/p>\n

I have 14 years of experience as a consultant from leading suppliers of consulting services and as an independent business psychologist. I have extensive experience working with small and large organizations in both private and public sector and with leaders at all levels in Denmark and abroad.<\/p>\n

I facilitate in Danish and English.<\/p>\n

In 2010, I was selected \u201cTalent no. 100\u201d by Berlingske Business.<\/p>\n
